“A person with ADHD has the power of a Ferrari engine but with bicycle-strength brakes."

- Dr. Edward M. Hallowell

Living with ADHD can mean having a wealth of ideas, energy and potential while finding that some aspects of everyday life take more effort than they seem to for others. Understanding how your brain is uniquely wired can help you make sense of these challenges, discover what works better for you, and learn to work with your brain rather than against it.

My work with ADHD focuses on practical strategies to help manage executive functioning challenges and create meaningful behavioural change. My training is specialized in ADHD in women, BIPOC individuals, parents and their kids, and clients in complex and dynamic relationships.

Ways that we can work with your ADHD:

Succeeding at work and school

Family life and parenting

Time management and executive functioning

Fostering trust and follow-through in relationships

Emotional Regulation

Later-in-life diagnoses

Improving self-esteem

Overcoming perfectionism

I offer both ADHD coaching and therapy, which complement one another while addressing different needs. ADHD coaching focuses on practical strategies to support planning, prioritizing, motivation, memory, and focus. ADHD therapy offers a supportive space to explore the emotional and relational impact of ADHD,  and develop a deeper understanding of your strengths, needs, and experiences given your ADHD diagnosis.
